Pre-burst events of gamma-ray bursts with light speed variation

چکیده
Previous researches on high-energy photon events from gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) suggest a light speed variation v(E)=c(1?E/ELV) with ELV=3.6×1017 GeV, together pre-burst scenario that hight-energy photons come out about 10 seconds earlier than low-energy at the GRB source. However, in Lorentz invariance violating an energy dependent considered here, travel slower due to variation, so they are usually detected after observed data. Here we find four which were Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope (FGST), and analysis these supports of high GRBs dependence listed above.

Supernovae Shedding Light on Gamma-Ray Bursts
— We review the observational status of the Supernova (SN)/GammaRay Burst (GRB) connection. In section 2 we provide a short summary of the observational properties of core-collapse SNe. In sections 3-6 we review the circumstantial evidences and the direct observations that support the existence of a deep connection between the death of massive stars and GRBs. Present data suggest that SNe assoc...
متن کاملSwift Pointing and Gravitational-Wave Bursts from Gamma-Ray Burst Events
The currently accepted model for gamma-ray burst phenomena involves the violent formation of a rapidly rotating solar-mass black hole. Gravitational waves should be associated with the black-hole formation, and their detection would permit this model to be tested. Even upper limits on the gravitational-wave strength associated with gammaray bursts could constrain the gamma-ray burst model. This...
متن کاملGamma-Ray Bursts with ROSAT
I review the use of ROSAT over the last years for the investigation of well localized gamma-ray burst (GRB) error boxes. In particular, I cover (i) the systematic study of several dozens of IPN locations using the ROSAT All-Sky-Survey data, (ii) results of deep ROSAT pointings of selected small GRB error boxes, (iii) the attempts for and results of quick follow-up observations after GRB events ...
متن کاملCosmology with Gamma Ray Bursts
— Apparently, Gamma–Ray Bursts (GRBs) are all but standard candles. Their emission is collimated into a cone and the received flux depends on the cone aperture angle. Fortunately we can derive the aperture angle through an achro-matic steepening of the lightcurve of the afterglow, and thus we can measure the " true " energetics of the prompt emission. Ghirlanda et al. (2004) found that this col...
متن کاملCosmology with Gamma–ray Bursts
Gamma–Ray Bursts (GRBs) are the brightest sources in the universe, emit mostly in the hard X–ray energy band and have been detected at redshifts up to ∼8.1. Thus, they are in principle very powerful probes for cosmology. I shortly review the researches aimed to use GRBs for the measurement of cosmological parameters, which are mainly based on the correlation between spectral peak photon energy ...
